How the exam works
The driving test is taken at the Public Service Agency of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs. It has three stages in a fixed order: theory first, then the training ground, then the city. [Time between stages — TBC.]
It sounds serious, but each stage checks something clear: do you know the rules, can you handle the car, and can you drive in traffic. You can prepare for all three in advance.
Theory: 30 questions in 30 minutes
A test on the official exam tickets that checks the rules and road signs. You get 30 minutes for all 30 questions. Our trainer will have 921 questions in 32 topics and an exam mode in the same format; it launches soon.

Ground: precision and control
On a closed training ground they check how you handle the car at low speed: precision, smoothness, control. No city traffic in the way — just you, the examiner and the markings.

City: how you read the road
The final stage is a drive through Tbilisi with an examiner. They don't look at speed but at how you read the road: lane changes, right of way, pedestrians, signs.

Tips before the exam
- Take the theory test once you pass the exam mode cleanlyOnce the trainer opens: three runs in a row without extra mistakes is a good sign you're ready.
- Book a separate lesson on the exercises before the ground testDrill every exercise until it's automatic. There won't be time to remember on the day.
- Drive the city on familiar streetsAsk your instructor for a lesson in the areas where the exam usually runs [TBC].
- Arrive early, with your documentsAn extra half hour takes away half the nerves.
- A mistake isn't a failIf something goes wrong, calmly finish the manoeuvre. The examiner looks at the whole drive.
